For Courtney, this isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what she believes in. She is here to create work that matters, led by a shared commitment to quality and care. As your counselor, Courtney will help you develop a fresh perspective to reach restoration and prosperity. You can expect to receive the highest level of care from her based on acceptance, genuineness and empathic understanding. She will continuously strive to create a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment, where you can freely explore and share your thoughts, ideas, goals, and needs.

Drawing on her background as a former athlete, teacher, and coach, Courtney easily connects with students and athletes navigating academic stress, athletic pressures, and performance anxiety. She also partners closely with parents to help them balance the competing demands of individual growth and family life.

Meet Courtney

A smiling woman with shoulder-length blonde hair in a cream sweater standing in an office with bookshelves, potted plants, and a window in the background.

Courtney’s path to counseling is deeply personal. On her 16th birthday, she lost her father unexpectedly, and shortly after, her brother was diagnosed with cancer. A string of further family losses and traumatic events followed. Walking through those intense hardships sparked a passion to understand healing and inspired her to offer others the same life-changing support a therapist once provided for her.

Outside the clinic, Courtney loves spending time outdoors, whether relaxing on a sunny patio, being near the water, or giving back to her local community. She still brings her trademark competitive spirit everywhere she goes, proven by the time she sank a half-court shot at a Dallas Mavericks game!
