Therapeutic Services & Payment Information
Therapeutic Services Offered
Free 15 Minute Consultation
This consultation is offered for a session, speaking engagement, requesting a custom mental health resource, or a private practice consultation
A no-obligation introductory phone call designed for a prospective client and a therapist to determine if they are a good match for therapy. During this short conversation, the client can briefly share what brought them to seek therapy and ask questions about the therapist’s approach, while the counselor can evaluate whether they have the specialized skills, availability, and resources to best support the client’s needs.
Couples Counseling
A form of therapy where partners work with a licensed therapist to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship in a safe, collaborative environment.
Individual Counseling
A one-on-one therapeutic process where a client works directly with a licensed mental health professional in a safe, confidential environment to explore personal challenges, process emotions, and develop strategies for personal growth and mental well-being.
A professional mental health service provided to children and adolescents to support their emotional, behavioral, social, developmental, and psychological well-being. Please note, this requires a parent consultation and is for ages 8 and up.
To ensure your child gets the best possible support, the first session is a parent consultation. Courtney will meet with you, and your spouse/partner, if available, to discuss your goals, share insights, and create a care plan tailored to your child’s needs. If your child is subject to a divorce decree or any legal court order regarding custody, the state requires a full, complete copy of these documents prior to beginning services and/or if any changes are made to the document(s). If applicable, please be prepared to provide these documents at the parent consultation, so we can proceed with care.
Children & Adolescents Counseling
Family/Group Counseling
A form of therapy where a small, guided group of individuals with similar experiences or goals meets with a licensed counselor to share challenges, offer mutual support, and build personal insights together.
Payment Information
Courtney accepts all Health Spending Cards (HSA), Flex-Spending Cards (FSA) and all major credit cards. Superbills can also be provided to file for fee reimbursement directly from your healthcare insurance provider, as insurance is not accepted.
Our sessions will be 50 minutes long. Together, we will decide how often we should meet. For individual sessions, each session will cost $180.00. For couples and families, each session will cost $200, based on the demand of a higher level of clinical skill, adaptability, and coordination, while navigating the dynamics and complexities of several individuals at the same time.
